Made from epoxy coated box and Stainless Steel 316L tubing for the inner distribution, the Chemical manifold box is used in the sub-fab to deliver chemicals to the manufacturing tools. The inner distribution tubing is Orbital Welded to ensure the consistency and integrity of the system.
